Instructions

  WARNING

Always keep out of reach of children and pets.

Our Wax Melts and Candles are NOT FOOD. DO NOT EAT.

Never leave a wax warmer or burning candle unattended.

Before lighting, make sure your candle hasn’t gathered any dust or debris.

Keep burning candles at least 10cm from each other and on an even heat resistant surface.

Do not burn near a draft or near anything that could potentially catch fire

Store your wax/candle in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin, if contact occurs, flush with water. If irritation persists seek medical assistance.

Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or serious injury.

Natural Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, so may begin to melt if handled for too long.

Candle

Candles could have a long burn time if cared for correctly.

    • Always burn about for 3 hours for the first burn to allow a proper pool.
    • Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
    • Trim the wick to between 0.5- 0.8cm before lighting. Less than 1 cm.
    • After every use and keep the melt pool free from debris.

(only trim the wick when the candle has cooled down and is not hot)

    • After extinguishing the candle, ensure the wick is above the wax, upright and central before the candle sets again.
    • Do not allow the wick to touch the container.

    For scented candles

The intensity of your scent will depend on your room size, temperature of the room and amount of wax used.

For best results, always close your windows in the room you are burning the wax.

    Wax melts

Only use with an unscented  3-4 hour tealight.

For you get the maximum results from your wax melts whilst maintaining safety at all times we recommend that you follow our user instructions.

    To use

Keep your warmer/burner clean and check for cracks before each use.

Set cube or break off a piece from bar – depending on the size of your warmer. Be careful not to over fill to avoid spillages.

The average warmer would take 1-3 cubes or 2-3 squares of a snap bar. Switch on your warmer if electric or light the tealight.

Keep burning & re-burning until you can no longer smell the scent. Replace with new wax melts & repeat the process.

    To remove the old wax

Wait until the wax cools and then gently place pressure on one end of the wax until it pops out. Do not use metal or sharp objects to clean out wax as this may crack or damage the warmer or cause injury.

Alternatively light the warmer, wait until the wax melts and then soak up the wax with cotton wool balls. Only clean your burner with non flammable materials.

The intensity of your scent will depend on your room size, temperature of the room and amount of wax used. For best results, always close your windows in the room you are burning the wax.
